Audio Visual Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Audio Visual Project Engineer to coordinate and support end‑to‑end delivery of AV and Unified Communications projects in Singapore. The role involves on‑site project management, system commissioning and user training.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the full lifecycle of AV and UC projects from planning through handover.
• Conduct site surveys, manage stakeholder coordination, and oversee system commissioning and user training on‑site.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, system drawings, as‑built records, user manuals and project files.
• Provide troubleshooting, diagnostics and technical support for AV and UC systems both remotely and on‑site.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Audio Visual, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AV system installation, engineering or project deployment.
• Basic knowledge of AV/UC technologies, networking and Windows environments.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD for technical documentation.
• Familiarity with AV products and collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Cisco, Crestron or Logitech.
• Understanding of networking concepts and Windows operating systems.
