Autonomous Vehicle Engineer (Electrical & Electronics)

About the role

Venti Technologies is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Engineer to join its cross‑functional engineering team in Singapore. You will help design and retrofit drive‑by‑wire and sensor suite systems, turning conventional vehicles into high‑tech self‑driving platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining drive‑by‑wire systems for steering, braking, throttle and gear shifting, ensuring fail‑safe operation and redundancy.
• Support the creation of custom PCB boards for power distribution, data acquisition, control and supplementary functions.
• Contribute to the layout and integration of a full sensor suite, including LiDAR, cameras, ultrasonic sensors, RTK/IMU and related components.
• Help design wire harnesses optimized for routing, fabrication and maintenance.
• Participate in supplier and vendor evaluation, assessing quality, reliability, cost and support.
