Barista – Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and service‑driven Barista to join our team across Singapore. The role involves preparing high‑quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to standard operating procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain coffee equipment to ensure consistent quality.
• Provide outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Conduct service training for fellow staff members.
• Manage stock – ordering, receiving, and storing products, coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Handle cashier and order‑taking duties accurately.
• Monitor equipment condition and arrange servicing or repairs as needed.
• Perform any additional ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Service‑oriented, outgoing and friendly personality.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Team player with a strong willingness to learn and develop in the specialty coffee industry.
• Attention to detail and self‑motivation.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Experience with coffee brewing equipment.
• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Stock management and inventory control.
