About the role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our island‑wide restaurant operations in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering superior service, managing staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily management operations across all outlets.
- Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
- Organise and supervise shift schedules, including night shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
Required profile
- Proven work experience in a similar managerial role.
- Strong customer service experience as a manager.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge to guide customers and staff.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
- Acute financial management skills.
