BIM Coordinator – Architectural

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will support the architectural design team by creating and managing building information models for construction and as‑built documentation. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate coordination across disciplines and assist on‑site when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and draft C&S/CSA layouts, section details and space‑management plans using Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings and as‑built drawings from architectural and structural references.
• Extract and integrate information from architectural, structural and other discipline drawings.
• Support project managers and engineers with coordination, planning and site visits.

Required profile

• Diploma or NITEC in Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on BIM experience, preferably within the architectural/CSA discipline.
• Previous or current experience working in an architectural practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for BIM modelling and documentation.
