BIM Coordinator – Construction & Engineering

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will lead the creation, verification, and management of BIM models across architectural, civil, and structural projects. You will ensure model accuracy, resolve clashes, and support seamless project delivery through effective coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM model development with project teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct clash detection, generate detailed reports, and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare BIM models for documentation, constructability studies, and on‑site use.
• Verify model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and address BIM‑related issues promptly.
• Implement VDC methodologies from design through construction and as‑built stages.
• Maintain VDC execution plans and support IDD matters.
• Coordinate construction sequencing and integrate schedules with BIM models.
• Document design changes with consultants and update BIM models accordingly.
• Attend technical and progress meetings with consultants and HDB.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating BIM models for architectural, civil and structural projects.
• Ability to conduct clash detection and produce clear resolution reports.
• Familiarity with VDC methodologies and Revit family creation.
• Strong attention to detail for model verification and documentation.
