Building Inspector – Facility Management

About the role

The Building Inspector will join MCI's Facilities Management team to conduct comprehensive building condition assessments across Singapore. You will work closely with clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure buildings meet the NEN‑2767 standard and maintain high safety and performance levels.

Key responsibilities

• Perform building condition assessments following the NEN‑2767 standard.
• Carry out regular inspections of buildings and surrounding environments and produce detailed reports.
• Represent the company during client and authority inspection regimes.
• Collaborate with the Facility Management team to close out defects and support general FM tasks.
• Utilise a computerized FM system for inspections, reporting, and data management.
• Assist the manager with related administrative functions.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher (NITEC) in a building‑related field.
• Specialist Certificate in Building Condition Assessment.
• Knowledge of the NEN‑2767 (Dutch) building condition assessment standard.
• Relevant experience conducting building and environment inspections.

• Experience with computerized FM inspection systems
