Building Manager (Project Management)

About the role

You will join a dynamic team that supports construction project management and delivery for a public housing programme. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, strategy development, and comprehensive reporting across all construction phases.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a vital link between project teams, diverse stakeholders and senior management.
• Strategize and coordinate with agencies on development issues and solutions.
• Facilitate communication and meetings across multiple stakeholder groups, keeping all parties informed of progress, milestones and challenges.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and produce regular reports to support decision‑making at all organisational levels.
• Deliver project updates, address concerns and ensure alignment across all parties involved in construction activities.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems that track performance indicators, risks and opportunities.
• Identify trends, potential risks and improvement opportunities within construction projects.
• Handle feedback and oversee improvement works for projects.
• Participate in studies on safety, quality, environmental management, productivity and construction practices.

Required profile

• Good degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Analytical, self‑motivated, meticulous and able to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function as an effective team player.
