Bus Driver

About the role

The company seeks a reliable Bus Driver to operate its employee transport service across Singapore. You will be responsible for safely moving staff on designated routes while upholding high standards of safety and punctuality.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate the company bus on assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely pick‑up and drop‑off of employees.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, keep the bus clean, well‑maintained, and roadworthy.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, breakdowns, traffic violations, or other incidents to the supervisor promptly.
• Enforce passenger compliance with company safety and transportation rules.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, inspections, and maintenance as required.
• Adhere to Singapore traffic laws, Workplace Safety and Health requirements, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and operations personnel to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Perform additional transportation‑related duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum primary/secondary education or equivalent; relevant bus‑driving experience preferred.
• Valid Singapore driving licence and any required vocational licences or authorisations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Responsible, punctual, safety‑conscious, and physically fit.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.

Required skills

• Valid Singapore driving licence and required vocational authorisations.
• Strong driving, vehicle‑handling and time‑management abilities.
• Good knowledge of local road networks and traffic rules.
