Program Manager, Autonomous

About the role

Join Grab's Autonomous Vehicle Integration & Deployment (AVID) team at an early stage to build new programs that directly shape the autonomous vehicle and robotaxi business across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with senior leadership and external technology partners, owning high‑stakes, cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, high‑stakes programs across AV partner integration, commercial deployment, regulatory engagement and operations launch.
• Own the full execution lifecycle including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and resolution of misalignments.
• Serve as thought partner to business leaders, solving ambiguous problems with strategic and operational insight.
• Define and track OKRs and scorecards, ensuring program performance aligns with financial and operational targets.
• Set up and facilitate strategic rhythm meetings such as MBRs, QBRs and partner governance forums.
• Maintain senior stakeholder alignment, surface blockers early and coordinate cross‑functional resolution.
• Design and implement program management frameworks and operational structures to scale the AVID team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end programs in high‑impact, multi‑partner environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to navigate ambiguous, messy problems.
• Demonstrated ability to define KPIs/OKRs, build scorecards and drive performance management.
• Experience establishing governance cadences such as MBRs/QBRs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and escalation skills across engineering, operations, commercial, legal and policy teams.
• Background or strong interest in autonomous vehicles, mobility, transport regulation (especially Southeast Asia) and startup/zero‑to‑one settings.
