Business Analyst (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore on a contract basis. You will work closely with business units and IT partners to gather requirements, design solutions and support the delivery of digital customer journeys for a leading bank.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units and IT to gather requirements, review functional solutions and ensure end‑to‑end system and process delivery.
• Implement and support digital customer journeys to enhance customer and employee experience.
• Design, re‑engineer and implement operational solutions together with regional and country teams.
• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops, document artefacts and review functional specifications.
• Coordinate UAT test plans, execute test cases and ensure timely completion.
• Provide post‑production support, track production issues to closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in systems development or business process improvement, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good teamwork, adaptability and organized work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
