Enterprise Asset Management Systems Engineer

About the role

Bitdeer is building an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capability to govern a global portfolio of over 3 GW of data‑centre, AIDC and mining infrastructure. We are looking for an EAM Systems Engineer who will translate asset‑management policies into a functional EAM solution and ensure its successful delivery and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Translate functional asset‑management requirements into detailed system specifications for maintenance, lifecycle and warehouse modules.
• Own the technical design of the asset data model, including hierarchy, classification standards, lifecycle states and reporting.
• Define acceptance criteria, lead user‑acceptance testing and validate delivered capabilities across modules.
• Ensure accurate capture of assets during construction‑to‑operations handover, including configuration, documentation, tagging and register entry.
• Embed lifecycle governance such as maintenance regimes, condition tracking and disposal workflows into the system.
• Manage data migration, validation and cut‑over from legacy tools to the new EAM.
• Support site‑level adoption to make the system practical and usable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronics, industrial or related).
• Proven end‑to‑end delivery experience of enterprise systems (ERP, EAM, CMMS or similar).
• Solid understanding of asset‑management fundamentals, registers, lifecycle stages and maintenance regimes.
• Experience with capital projects or construction delivery in data‑centre, AIDC or infrastructure environments is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 55001 or Institute of Asset Management principles.
