Business Analyst – Fenergo

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive business requirements and configure the Fenergo platform for our banking clients in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business requirements together with business users.
• Translate and document business cases into functional requirements.
• Perform analysis and mapping of existing applications data model to upstream/downstream systems (interfaces, reports, etc.).
• Analyse functional requirements to determine required configurations in Fenergo.
• Provide Fenergo training and on‑the‑job training with Fenergo consultants.
• Perform IT solutioning with IT stakeholders, considering the SMBC application landscape.
• Support project planning, estimating budget, resources and duration.
• Assist IT project managers in execution of large projects.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and facilitate user testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of Business Analyst experience in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, onboarding and customer lifecycle management.
• Basic understanding of IT project management and SDLC.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive team player who rises to challenges.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Prior experience with the Fenergo platform is an advantage.
