About the role
The Business Development Director will drive growth by uncovering new market opportunities and shaping the company’s strategic direction. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a high‑performing business development team to expand the company’s footprint across target segments.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within target markets.
- Design and implement strategic plans that accelerate business growth.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations for partnerships, acquisitions and collaborative projects.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and industry developments to inform decision‑making.
- Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve targets.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in business development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends and competition.
