About the role

The Business Development Director will drive growth by uncovering new market opportunities and shaping the company’s strategic direction. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a high‑performing business development team to expand the company’s footprint across target segments.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Design and implement strategic plans that accelerate business growth.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations for partnerships, acquisitions and collaborative projects.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and industry developments to inform decision‑making.
  • Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve targets.

Required profile

  • Proven senior‑level experience in business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends and competition.
