About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for Shakthi International Trading. The role involves building relationships with new and existing customers, crafting proposals, and staying attuned to market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company.
• Procure new clients through direct contact, word‑of‑mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
• Suggest upgrades or additional products and services of interest to clients.
• Craft business proposals and contracts to increase revenue.
• Negotiate with clients to secure attractive pricing.
