Client Success Lead

About the role

The Client Success Lead will own the operational lifecycle of client relationships, from onboarding through ongoing support and optimisation, ensuring clients derive maximum value from Pave’s programmable banking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage client adoption, identify efficiency opportunities and drive revenue retention.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as the voice of the customer across product, engineering, compliance and risk teams.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, create scalable processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to ensure all client activities meet regulatory standards.
• Monitor usage patterns and health scores to make data‑driven operational decisions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of progressive client success or account management experience with enterprise or fintech clients.
• Proven track record in complex banking, digital banking, fintech or SaaS environments.
• Hands‑on experience working within risk and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data and health metrics to drive results.
• Ability to manage international portfolios and work across diverse global teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or additional languages a plus.
