Business Development Executive – Southeast Asia

About the role

The Business Development Executive will support the VP of Business Development for Southeast Asia in identifying and advancing new hotel investment and management opportunities. Based in Singapore or Thailand, you will work closely with owners, developers and investors across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, screen and prioritize new hotel projects across Southeast Asia.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations, pitch decks and proposals using PowerPoint and Canva.
• Meet with owners, developers and investors to introduce Radisson brands and support deal progression.
• Conduct market positioning, competitive benchmarking and demand‑supply analysis.
• Perform financial reviews and modelling, including P&L forecasts, fee structures and sensitivity analysis.
• Contribute to regional business development strategy, market prioritisation and pipeline planning.
• Support due‑diligence and coordinate with Legal, Design, Operations and Finance during negotiations.
• Organise BD meetings, events and conferences; maintain market data, reports and deal trackers.
• Track project progress, communicate status updates and assist in ad‑hoc regional projects.
• Travel across Southeast Asia for site visits, conferences and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Background in business, hospitality, real estate or asset management.
• Proven experience in project analysis, financial modelling or investment evaluation.
• Strong presentation abilities for senior owners and investors.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and verbal communication skills.
