Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives for a boutique corporate services provider in Singapore. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships and acquire clients across Singapore, APAC, the Middle East and other key regions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in company incorporation, corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, payroll, compliance and advisory services.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand market presence and service offerings.
• Acquire new clients by presenting and selling tailored corporate services.
• Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, retention and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive pipeline management.
• Cross‑sell and upsell services to maximise revenue from existing and new clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to increase win rates.
• Monitor sales pipeline growth and conversion rates to optimise business development efforts.

Required profile

• Established network of entrepreneurs, SMEs, multinational companies, investors and professional intermediaries.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and company administration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development or B2B sales experience in corporate services, accounting, professional services, legal or financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
