Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the growth of our construction-focused projects by developing sales strategies and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing business development and sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, developers, architects, consultants and other industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and enhance company presentations, commercial proposals and other business development materials.
• Coordinate internal discussions and follow up on tender projects and client requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to respond to client enquiries promptly.
• Organise and attend meetings with clients and relevant parties as required.
• Report business development activities and project opportunities to the Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, hardworking and able to work well under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience in the construction sector is preferred.
• Experience in tendering, client relationship management or business development is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
