Business Development Operations Specialist

About the role

PwC Singapore’s Asset and Wealth Managed Services team is looking for a Business Development Operations Specialist to keep its business development activities running smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client and pipeline data, supporting proposal preparation, and coordinating contracting and onboarding across a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records, opportunity pipelines and client information.
• Prepare clear pipeline reports, forecasts and management dashboards.
• Coordinate proposals, credentials, approvals, timelines and follow‑ups.
• Support contracting and onboarding using checklists, action logs and document control.
• Track dependencies, highlight delays and liaise with stakeholders to keep activities moving.
• Improve recurring workflows, reporting and data quality with approved tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in business development operations, CRM administration, proposal coordination or client onboarding.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, asset or wealth management is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, resource‑oriented self‑starter with good stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• CRM administration, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate or similar reporting/workflow tools.
