Business Development Representative – Vietnam Market

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound sales for its AI‑powered CRM solutions in the Vietnam market. You will work closely with Account Executives to create and qualify revenue opportunities across enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and fuel the sales pipeline for Salesforce products.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within Vietnam.
• Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, and cold‑calling prospects.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Conduct high‑level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
• Evangelize Salesforce’s On‑Demand model and AI CRM capabilities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Vietnamese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience in the IT sector, including new‑business development and cold calling.
• Proven track record selling to Singapore‑based clients.
• Highly motivated, tenacious self‑starter with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
