Business Operations Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Support Executive to assist the Manager, Operations Support in rolling out SAP Project System, Sales & Distribution and Timesheet solutions across the organisation. The role involves supporting global template deployments, testing, training key users and managing post‑go‑live activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of SAP Project System, Sales & Distribution and Timesheet solutions, including testing, training, pre‑go‑live and post‑go‑live activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the systems and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and execute projects.
• Identify and propose process or system enhancements, providing training and user support as needed.
• Gather business requirements, map processes and objectives, and evaluate system change requests.
• Ensure compliance with business processes and facilitate efficient company audits.
• Provide guidance to team members to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan, organise and administer departmental activities efficiently.
• Support ad‑hoc initiatives aimed at optimising value for the company.

Required profile

• Diploma or university degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years of related work experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Understanding of business and finance processes.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
