Global Digital & AI Transformation Program Manager & Practice Operations Lead

About the role

Surbana Jurong is looking for a senior leader to drive its Global Digital and AI Transformation agenda. Based in the Jurong Innovation District, you will orchestrate enterprise‑wide initiatives that blend strategy, product development, and advanced AI delivery to create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale digital and AI transformation programs across regions and business lines.
• Translate corporate strategy into prioritized, executable roadmaps and manage inter‑dependencies between product, AI engineering, and business adoption.
• Establish and operate the Global Digital and AI Practice operating model, including governance, delivery standards, and performance frameworks.
• Oversee portfolio prioritisation, resource planning, financial tracking, and ensure scalable, repeatable delivery of solutions.
• Coordinate with senior innovation, product, and AI technical leaders to align initiatives with client and operational needs.
• Facilitate executive governance forums, senior stakeholder engagement, and lead change‑management activities to drive adoption and value realization.

Required profile

• Senior transformation leader with proven experience delivering complex digital and AI initiatives at an enterprise level.
• Strong track record of managing cross‑functional teams and large‑scale programs across multiple regions.
• Excellent governance, risk management, and delivery assurance capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior executives and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
