Channel Account Manager

About the role

The Channel Account Manager will drive sales growth through our network of channel partners, distributors and system integrators in Singapore. You will act as the primary liaison, expanding existing relationships and uncovering new business opportunities for our CCTV and physical security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit channel partners regularly to identify and develop sales opportunities with current customers.
• Engage local dealers and key installers to understand their needs and support them in selling our products.
• Monitor market competition, recommend competitive pricing and add value with differentiated solutions.
• Organise and deliver technical training, seminars and roadshows to help partners meet sales targets.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and market feedback for the department head.
• Develop and execute quarterly sales plans and achieve individual KPIs set by management.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in IT, CCTV surveillance or physical security solutions.
• Proven ability to manage distributors, system integrators and key client accounts.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills for pitching technical solutions to decision‑makers.
