Senior Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Razer is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Manager to support the Head of Information Security in shaping and executing the company’s cybersecurity strategy across a global, multi‑disciplinary environment. The role will lead security operations, engineering initiatives and maturity improvements while collaborating with IT, engineering, legal and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Information Security in developing and implementing cybersecurity roadmaps, policies and frameworks.
• Manage and optimise security operations including bug bounty, vulnerability management, PAM, CSPM, phishing simulations and incident response.
• Assess AWS and Azure environments and embed threat modelling, secure coding, SAST, SCA and IaC scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead AI security assessments, data‑protection controls and automation of security processes.
• Oversee vendor evaluation, contracts, budgets and service governance.
• Develop and maintain security policies aligned with ISO 27001, NIST CSF and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity with leadership across security operations, engineering, cloud and DevSecOps.
• Hands‑on expertise in SIEM/SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, bug bounty, CSPM/CNAPP, PAM and zero‑trust architectures.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, OSCP or CEH are preferred.
