About the role
We are looking for an experienced Chef to oversee food preparation and cooking across our island‑wide locations in Singapore, with a focus on Chinese cuisine.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations and allocate duties among staff.
- Fulfill all orders in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.
- Manage stock checking, inventory, and ordering.
- Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards in the kitchen.
- Store, prepare, and present food safely and hygienically.
- Uphold high food quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong experience in Chinese cuisine, including all varieties of noodles and rice.
- Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages.
- Deep understanding of all aspects of Chinese dishes.
- Proficiency with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, assign responsibilities and work night shifts.
