About the role

The Chef de Partie will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dining experience across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. Working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, you will ensure that every guest receives attentive service and high‑quality food.

Key responsibilities

• Provide perfect service experience for every guest and make them feel welcome.
• Maintain food temperature standards and adhere to timing for products and services.
• Present menus, answer guest questions, and suggest food and beverage options.
• Serve guests courteously, apply suggestive sales techniques, and handle cash according to policy.
• Maintain table cleanliness, limit waste, and assist with restaurant safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare cooking ingredients, simple dishes such as salads and entrees, and support kitchen packing tasks.
• Responsible service of alcoholic beverages and compliance with all relevant policies.

Required profile

• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail in food presentation, service timing, and cost control.
• Ability to follow uniform and punctuality standards.
• Willingness to collaborate with both front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.

Required skills

• Comprehensive food, liquor, beer, and wine knowledge.
• Cash handling proficiency.
• Basic food preparation and plating techniques.
