Chef – Full-Time Kitchen Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our kitchen team at TIAN TIAN NASI LEMAK PTE. LTD. This full‑time position involves preparing and cooking dishes according to our standard operating procedures while ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in line with SOPs and quality standards.
• Allocate duties and oversee daily kitchen workflow to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks and place orders as needed.
• Maintain strict hygiene, housekeeping and food safety standards throughout the kitchen.
• Store, prepare and present food safely and hygienically.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers.
• Be available for night shifts, split shifts and occasional extra hours or weekend work.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to work night and split shifts and flexibility for extra hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Good interpersonal skills for client and buyer interaction.
