Floor Supervisor – Music Bar (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to lead our energetic service crew at Ipanema World Music Bar, ensuring smooth floor operations and a fun, seamless experience for guests where live music meets great food.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee floor operations with the Front of House team, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Coordinate service to deliver efficient food and drink orders while preserving a positive guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team, providing on‑the‑job training and daily guidance.
• Ensure strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols and work with Logistics and Procurement for optimal inventory.
• Support managers with staff feedback, standard enforcement, administrative tasks, scheduling, and complex guest issue resolution.
