Chef – Full‑Time Position in Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our kitchen team across Singapore. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring consistent food standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by chopping, peeling, and cutting vegetables, meat, and other items.
• Cook food using various utensils, grills, ovens, and stovetops.
• Monitor cooking progress, stir or turn dishes as needed.
• Plate dishes attractively before service.
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
• Store food and supplies properly and check ingredient quality.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when shortages arise.

Required profile

• Proven experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina to handle long shifts.
• Ability to work night shifts and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Operation of cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
• Grilling, baking, boiling and other cooking techniques.
• Food sanitation and hygiene procedures.
