About the role
We are looking for a motivated Chinese Teacher to deliver engaging Mandarin lessons to primary and secondary school students in Singapore. The successful candidate will create an interactive learning environment that inspires confidence and a genuine interest in the Chinese language.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Chinese Language lessons to Primary and/or Secondary school students.
- Prepare lesson materials and monitor students' academic progress.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation.
- Motivate students to develop confidence and interest in learning Chinese.
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain regular communication with parents where required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of Chinese Language teaching experience in Singapore.
- Strong command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Passionate about teaching and nurturing students.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Responsible, patient, and able to motivate students of different learning abilities.
