Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Changi Airport)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Gucci at Changi Airport, you will deliver premium, client‑centric service to a discerning luxury clientele. You will act as a brand ambassador, fostering loyalty while driving sales in a high‑traffic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the client base through active engagement, regular communication, and personalized after‑sales service.
• Represent the Gucci brand, conveying its vision and values to inspire customer loyalty.
• Achieve monthly sales targets proactively and independently.
• Stay informed on best‑sellers, new arrivals, and product details to provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure store displays align with worldwide guidelines.
• Follow all in‑store standard operating procedures, assist with cashiering, and manage daily closing settlements.
• Handle stock receiving, packing, and category‑specific inventory tasks, including scans, cycle counts, and merchandise replenishment.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in retail or service, preferably in luxury fashion with a proven sales record.
• Customer‑service oriented and driven to meet sales goals.
• Independent decision‑maker with a strong, inquisitive mindset.
• Passionate about building a career in the luxury fashion industry.
