E-Commerce & B2B Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive growth across the company’s e‑commerce and B2B channels. You will manage online stores, nurture corporate client relationships, create engaging social media content, and ensure top‑notch customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company website and Shopee store: upload product listings, set pricing, run promotions, and monitor sales performance.
• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities, prepare quotations, support order processing and maintain post‑sale relationships.
• Maintain and grow social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others; create photos, captions and short‑form video reels.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries across social media, Shopee, WhatsApp, email and website, handling feedback and order issues.
• Assist with sales reporting, campaign performance tracking and coordinate with internal teams on stock and promotions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in e‑commerce, sales or marketing.
• Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre and e‑commerce platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Basic photography and video editing skills for content creation.
