Client Service Officer – Private Banking

About the role

The Client Service Officer will support the Private Bank team in Singapore by handling a range of administrative and operational tasks. This role ensures smooth onboarding of clients, accurate execution of transactions, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and process account opening forms and related documentation for private banking transactions.
• Initiate, follow up, and manage documentation for credit facilities and account shortfalls.
• Execute client orders across equity, FX, bonds, and investment products promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to meet client requirements and support relationship managers (RMs) and product specialists.
• Provide PWM UAT support during system upgrades and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to legal and compliance guidelines while minimizing operational errors.
• Guide and share knowledge with new team members.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree holder.
• Completion of CACS (Client Advisor Competency Standards) Paper 1 and 2.
• 5‑7 years of experience, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
• Ability to work under regulatory and bank‑wide requirements.
