About the role
We are looking for a motivated Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team on a one‑year contract. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a busy clinic environment, with full training provided.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general clinic support duties, including patient check‑in, record handling, and basic administrative tasks.
- Assist clinical staff with preparation of examination rooms and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
- Manage appointment scheduling and handle phone inquiries during office hours.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate with N/O/A Levels or a Diploma in any field.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
