Cloud & AI Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Cloud & AI Sales Assistant to support the Sales Manager in daily sales activities, customer communication, and regional business development. The role includes accompanying the manager on overseas trips and providing English‑Chinese interpretation during meetings and discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily sales and administrative support to the Sales Manager.
• Support sales activities for cloud computing, AI, and technology‑related products and services.
• Accompany the manager on overseas business trips when required.
• Offer English‑Chinese communication and interpretation support during customer meetings, business discussions, and trips.
• Assist in coordinating with English‑speaking customers and partners.
• Attend customer meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, sales reports, and other sales documents.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and ongoing business matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer and sales requirements.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales records.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
• Entry‑level candidates (0–2 years) with experience in sales support, customer service, business coordination, translation, or administration.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to interpret between the two languages.
• Comfortable attending business meetings and providing basic interpretation.
• Willing and able to travel overseas with the manager as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Self‑motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
