Co-Founder – Senior Management (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Co‑Founder to join our leadership team and help build and scale a fast‑growing business in Singapore. The role combines strategic thinking with strong execution to drive growth, partnerships and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and execute the company’s vision, mission and long‑term growth strategy.
• Lead business development initiatives, including client acquisition, partnerships and revenue generation.
• Identify new market opportunities in Singapore and regional markets.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Build and manage high‑performing teams across business functions.
• Develop and implement scalable processes and systems.
• Drive branding, marketing and positioning strategies.
• Work closely with stakeholders, investors and partners to expand business networks.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory and business requirements.
• Take full ownership of P&L and key business performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in entrepreneurship, startup leadership or senior management roles.
• Strong business acumen with experience in business development or sales.
• Familiarity with the Singapore market (e.g., recruitment, immigration, consulting or related sectors is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• High level of accountability and ownership mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management or related fields (MBA preferred).
