Community Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for energetic, people‑focused individuals to join our Community Team at residential properties in Singapore. As a Community Ambassador you will bring the brand promise to life, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering a strong sense of belonging among residents.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to residents and represent the brand in all interactions.
• Create a warm, inclusive environment and anticipate resident needs.
• Plan, coordinate and execute community events and initiatives to boost resident relationships and brand awareness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident queries, working with on‑site operations to resolve issues professionally.
• Collect resident feedback and propose creative ideas to enhance the living experience.
• Support leasing efforts by conducting property viewings when required.
• Implement property‑level social‑media marketing in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Background in boutique hotels, serviced accommodation or co‑working spaces is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle emergencies, conflicts and complaints in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible schedule with shift‑based hours (early and late shifts, including weekends and public holidays).
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Certificate/Diploma or higher in hospitality or a related field.

Required skills

• Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities.
• Effective communication in English.
