Community & Events Associate – FinTech

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a proactive Community & Events Associate to support one of its FinTech clients in Singapore. You will be responsible for growing and nurturing a vibrant community, while delivering engaging events and content that strengthen the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large, active community groups and respond to high‑volume member requests.
• Build, grow, and maintain a thriving FinTech community in Singapore.
• Plan, organize, and execute in‑person meetups, workshops, and other events.
• Create and publish engaging content such as posts, updates, and announcements.
• Provide light sales support, including outreach and lead nurturing.
• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to drive community initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in FinTech or product‑focused environments.
• Proven experience managing online or in‑person community groups.
• Strong event‑management background within Singapore.
• Excellent content creation and communication abilities.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
• Basic sales‑support experience is a plus.
