Product Marketing Associate (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Product Marketing Associate to support product marketing and commercial activities within the electrical and engineering industry. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals interested in building a career in product marketing, business strategy, and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare product presentations, brochures, marketing collateral and other customer‑facing materials.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Maintain product information, marketing databases and relevant business documentation.
• Assist in preparing regular sales, marketing and business performance reports.
• Analyse basic sales and marketing data using Microsoft Excel and create presentations with PowerPoint.
• Support customer events, seminars, webinars, exhibitions and product training activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing and other internal teams to support commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 2 years of relevant internship or work experience is acceptable.
• Interest in electrical products, building technologies, energy management, industrial automation or engineering solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
