Community Partnership Manager

About the role

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking a dynamic Community Partnership Manager to lead its community‑centric initiatives. You will act as the bridge between LTA and grassroots organisations, ensuring that transport‑related policies and programmes are well‑communicated and responsive to community needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community communications and engagement strategy in partnership with internal divisions.
• Create and manage diverse communication materials for both physical and digital platforms.
• Coordinate internal approvals and track progress against key performance indicators.
• Engage with community groups through meetings, public education programmes, and co‑organised events.
• Respond to community ideas, suggestions, and requests related to land transport matters.
• Promote LTA initiatives through publicity campaigns and community gatherings.

Required profile

• Preferred background in Engineering, Mass Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in people‑focused roles within a large, dynamic organisation.
• Experience in public education, event management, or stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of LTA’s road, rail, and community infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, ability to multitask and work independently.
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
