Digital & eCommerce Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital & eCommerce Executive to drive the growth of our 5‑hour ENERGY® and Hydration product lines across digital and marketplace channels. You will work in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment, handling campaign execution, platform management, content coordination, and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute commercial activities on e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Manage product listings, pricing, bundles and promotional mechanics; coordinate Gift‑With‑Purchase initiatives.
• Support paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, handling setup, audience targeting, creative coordination and budget adjustments.
• Create and publish digital assets including social posts, e‑commerce banners, A+ content and campaign materials while ensuring brand guidelines.
• Track, analyse and report key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPC, CPA, CPM, AOV, GMV, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
• Assist with roadshows, events and other consumer activation activities as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or social media management.
• Familiarity with major e‑commerce platforms and paid‑media channels.
