About the role
JLL is hiring a Community Relations Executive in Singapore, working on site. The role builds community partnerships by developing strong relationships with local residents, businesses and client management, and by making sure properties are positively integrated into their surroundings.
Key responsibilities
- Identify collaboration opportunities with the local community and organize joint initiatives
- Plan, coordinate and run community events such as festive events, placemaking activities and sustainability initiatives
- Oversee resident amenities and services, including card access systems, resident applications, shuttle bus services and season parking, and resolve issues quickly
- Create and distribute community content across channels, manage social media accounts, write press releases, handle EDMs and develop marketing materials
