Concierge

About the role

JLL is hiring a Concierge for an on-site position in Singapore. The role covers front desk and reception duties, administrative support, facility coordination, communication with residents and emergency response, working morning and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and guests professionally and manage the main reception desk as the first point of contact
• Answer calls, direct inquiries and receive and distribute parcels, registered mail and deliveries, keeping collection logs
• Handle resident inquiries on estate matters, facilities and services, and process complaints and feedback to the Management Team
• Maintain records of incidents, complaints and service requests, and issue and manage access cards and parking labels
• Update resident contact information and directories
• Monitor facility usage, report damages and coordinate with contractors and service providers
• Circulate notices and announcements, relay urgent messages and liaise between residents and management
• Respond to emergencies following SOPs, contact emergency services and alert the Residence Manager
• Provide information on the development and nearby amenities, and keep the reception area clean and organised
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information, complete daily handover reports and attend training sessions

Shift pattern

• Morning shift: 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
• Evening shift: 12.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
• Alternate 5-day and 6-day weeks
