Facilities Executive

About the role

JLL is hiring a Facilities Executive for an on-site position in Singapore. The role covers facility operations, space planning, employee experience, events, vendor management and reporting, acting as a visible point of contact for employees and supporting workplace readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance, coordinate with departments, vendors and service providers, and run preventive maintenance programmes
• Manage work orders, service requests and inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Plan and optimise workspace, manage space allocation, seating and relocations, and record occupancy and lease information
• Coordinate office moves, renovations and furniture installations within budget and timeline
• Deliver a consistent workplace experience, act as an HX point of contact, and support employees with amenities, meeting spaces and wellness facilities
• Run employee engagement initiatives, wellness programmes (yoga, fitness, mindfulness, health talks) and workplace events, gathering feedback and maintaining an action tracker
• Create workplace communications (announcements, digital signage, event invites, campaign materials) and keep a communication calendar
• Build strong vendor relationships, procure and negotiate contracts for outsourced services, and audit vendor performance against SLAs
• Assist with the facilities budget, prepare reports and KPIs, and take part in strategic planning
