Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge role at St. Regis Singapore provides personalized assistance to guests, ensuring memorable experiences throughout their stay. You will act as the primary point of contact for guest requests, from transportation and reservations to special amenities and local recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests for services such as transportation, restaurant reservations, dry‑cleaning, and special arrangements.
• Gather and convey information about hotel facilities, local attractions, events, and activities.
• Log and process all guest communications, coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., bell staff, housekeeping) to resolve issues.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service standards, and guest safety, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and daily memos, ensuring continuity of service.
• Uphold uniform standards, professional appearance, and confidentiality of guest and company information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver courteous, attentive service.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb for an entire shift.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
