About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Commis to assist with daily food preparation and cooking in our kitchen. The role supports chefs during service and helps maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation and cooking.
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements.
- Support chefs during service and daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
- Wash and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools.
- Organize and store ingredients and supplies properly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform other general kitchen duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Basic kitchen or food & beverage experience (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Good team player.
- Flexible availability for part‑time hours.
