Construction Manager – Singapore

About the role

As a Construction Manager you will oversee and coordinate the delivery of construction projects across Singapore. Based on a project site, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure milestones are met, budgets respected, and safety and quality standards upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, addressing issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting for cost‑effective resource use.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the project team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
