About the role
Support the Lead Resident Engineer in managing construction and commissioning activities for large water treatment projects, ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Resident Engineer in overseeing construction and commissioning, including processing contractor claims such as progress payments, variations, and extension requests.
- Coordinate work between the Design Team and Contractors to align scheduling, cost control, document management, and quality‑assurance implementation.
- Review and update contractor schedules to accurately reflect project progress and contract cost status.
- Manage quality‑assurance and safety compliance for the project and supervise the consultant’s site supervision team.
Required profile
- Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years managing large water or wastewater treatment plant projects and complex construction contracts.
